Lara keeps a file on each person and organization of people that sign up through your referral. If you are a shelter, Lara keeps files on people you have adopted to. She keeps an eye on the adopter within the Projects and/or Memberships making sure to address behavior concerns. She originally designed the Referral Program to help shelters with their follow up and keeping the animal in their home.
